Raw Station

Italian Station (Finish on site)

Selection of: Caesar Salad and Mesclun Salad (with Raspberries, Walnuts, Gorgonzola, and a Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette). Carving Station

Budarito Station (Griddle)

Filled corn meal cakes (Arepas) Filling options: Shredded beef, Avocado sauce, Guayanés cheese and fresh cheese, ham and butter. Sweet-Corn cakes (Cachapitas) with fresh hand cheese (Queso de mano), Chicken and beef empanadas, Assorted Venezuelan sweets.

Mashed Potato Mashtini Bar
